Learn to Row I:
If you have never rowed before or have minimal experience, join us and learn how to row in singles, doubles and quads. Private sessions will be arranged with our USRowing certified coach. Learn the
terminology of the sport, necessary safety precautions, and the art form that is rowing. 90 minutes, $70
Learn to Row II:
Once you have completed Learn to Row I or already have prior experience, join us to further enhance your technique and improve your cardiovascular fitness. These sessions will involve high intensity interval training as well as longer steady-state rowing. 90 minutes, $70
